Lemon Lolly Ice Cream | Lemon Popsicle | Lemon Ice Cream Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Mix well & keep aside
Water 2 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Lemon peels
Green food color
Bring it to a boil
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Cook for 5 mins
Add cornflour mixture
Cook for 2 mins
The mixture is not too thick
Cool it completely
Keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight
Dip the mold in water for few seconds
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
